Is there a base location for Jettset?

Jettset Mobile Studio is a mobile salon. All hair & makeup services are performed inside of our luxury Mobile Salon by a professional stylist. On occasions we offer in home service based on circumstances. Email us for additional information: JettsetStudio@yahoo.com

Is there a travel fee?

Jettset Mobile Studio is a mobile salon that travels to your location. There is an additional travel fee associated with each appointment per location. The base price is $1.23 per mile from area code 19802. Email us for additional information.

How much hair is needed for a full install?

We recommend 2 packs of hair (lengths between 14” to 18”) for a full sewin. We recommend 3 packs for (lengths 20″ and above). Please note that the longer the hair, the shorter the weft. Each bundle is weighted and each bundles weighs approximately 3.5oz.    

Is a deposit required to secure a appointment?

Yes a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at least one week before appointment to secure date. Once appointment is booked, you will receive an email from our Customer Service team to secure deposit.

Is trial services offered?

When booking services for a Wedding or Special Occasion, trial sessions are available for hair and makeup services if requested. Email us for additional information.

How long is delivery for hair order?

All deliveries are processed the next business day after purchase order is received. Shipping process takes 2-5 days 

Salon Policy & Procedures

Having the proper policies and procedures are only the beginning of excellent customer service. The professionalism and talent of our stylists are noted for their friendliness, courtesy, and competences. We know that how you are treated while in our mobile salon will determine whether you come back. We work hard to make all customers feel comfortable by giving them the ultimate experience and ensure that our service exceeds their expectations.


The policies and procedures below will help us to provide the service you deserve

Running Late for Appointment

We understand things happen. However, if you are running more than 15 minutes late  the appointment may have to be rescheduled. We will do our best to get you in as soon as we can.


JettSet Mobile Studio is a mobile beauty salon that travels from one location to the next. To ensure that we arrive on time, we allow a 30-60 minute travel buffer between each appointment. In the event that we are more than 15 minutes late due to traffic or any vehicle maintenance issues, we will give you a call to inform you of the delay. If needed we can reschedule to get you seen as soon as possible

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least a 24 hour notification for appointment changes or cancellations. If you are scheduled for a weekend or evening appointment (highest in demand) and/or a color service, we respectfully request a 48 hour cancellation notice. To cancel or reschedule simply log into your Styleseat account. Once logged in, click on your scheduled appointment, then click on “Cancel/Reschedule” and make your selection. No-Show Appointment

Missing an appointment without notice of cancellation will result in a 25% charge for that service on your next visit or forfeit of deposit. We understand some situations are unavoidable, and we will consider those situations individually. If you are unsure of an upcoming appointment time, you can log into your Styleseat account or we welcome you to give us a call.

Refund Policy on Salon Services

Jettset Mobile Studio does not offer refunds for service rendered. However, if a guest is unhappy with their services, we do offer the opportunity to redo the service for them to their satisfaction (within one week time frame from the date of service). 


If a guest is unhappy with their haircut or color service, they have one week, from the date of their original service, to return to our salon for a No Charge corrective service. If the guest is returning because they have decided they do not like the cut or color they chose, the service will not be free of charge.

Return Retail Product

Children in the Mobile Salon

We love families and children at Jettset, however to ensure the safety of the children and guests; please no children in the mobile salon unless the child is scheduled for an appointment. If a parent brings a child, please notify us via email  in advance. We aim to keep Jettset Mobile Studio environment as relaxing as possible for our  clients.

Lost or Forgotten Items

Jettset Mobile Studio is not responsible for items lost or forgotten during your appointment with us. We ask that clients keep up with their personal belongings, and in case of left items, we will keep the items for 2 weeks. If not claimed, the items will be donated to the charity of our choice.

Payment Method Accepted

Jettset Mobile Studio accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, PayPal and cash for our services. Hair products and retail merchandise may also be purchased using these methods.
